TDLC strives to make the details of its operations as clear as possible. To this end, we occasionally release business plans, impact reports, and other project-related documents. This page is the repository for these types of information.

Phase 1 Assessment (up to June 2010)

Assessment Documentation

An assessment of the TDLC Project has been conducted in line with completion of the project’s first phase of operations (Phase 1) up to 30 June 2010. An Executive Summary and Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assessment are now available to the public.

The full assessment report will be made available here as soon as it is complete.

TDLC’s Response to the Phase 1 Assessment Report

TDLC Mid-term Review

December 2006

The Japan World Bank Distance Learning Partnership Project, now commonly known as the TDLC Project, was initiated in October 2003. The Center started operating in June 2004 following the completion of its high-tech facilities.Two years and 7 months into the 5-year project, this mid-term review provides an objective evaluation of output against its original aims to serve as a guide for the second half of the Project.
