TDLC Mid-term Review

December 2006

The Japan World Bank Distance Learning Partnership Project, now commonly known as the TDLC Project, was initiated in October 2003. The Center started operating in June 2004 following the completion of its high-tech facilities.Two years and 7 months into the 5-year project, this mid-term review provides an objective evaluation of output against its original aims to serve as a guide for the second half of the Project.

Business Plan and Work Program

TDLC management has been guided by a comprehensive business plan, initially prepared in January 2004, and revised each year thereafter, together with detailed work program and budgets. Documents are available for download here.
