TDLC and Japan

The TDLC project is an equal partnership project set up by Japan and the World Bank in a new “knowledge business”. Taking advantage of the World Bank’s global network on development, it utilizes information communication technology (ICT) and distance learning methods in its goal to contribute to development and to help alleviate poverty. TDLC is supported by a grant from the Japanese government.
