The TDLC is a Japan/World Bank Distance Learning Partnership Project which aims to contribute to development and poverty alleviation. It is supported by a grant from the Government of Japan, used to launch and manage the TDLC. These resources allow the TDLC to establish partnerships in the public and private sector, develop content and facilitate knowledge exchange.
