Governing Committee Meetings

The GDLN Asia Pacific Governing Committee oversees the purpose, plans and policies of the association, such as establishing overall plans and policies, supervising the CEO, ensuring sufficient resources for the organization, ensuring compliance to rules and regulations and representing the organization to external stakeholders.

The GDLN AP Governing Committee is comprised of:

Four representatives of member Distance Learning Centers
One invitee representing the East Asia and Pacific region of The World Bank
One invitee representing a key donor or stakeholder, elected by member
