GDLN Guidelines for JICA Users

GDLN_Guidelines_for_JICA_(GEM).pdf (191 KB PDF)

(This page is for use by GDLN Centers.)
GDLN Guidelines for JICA Users will be effective February 1, 2006, and support will be needed from GDLN Centers to accommodate JICA requirements.

Due to administrative rules, JICA does not accept invoices via e-mail, and neither overseas nor domestic offices are able to make international money transfers.

Therefore, we must rely on your assistance to:

  1. Please post (not e-mail) invoices to relevant JICA offices
  2. Please make international money transfers to the Network Operation Center (NOC) in Washington DC and the GDLN Centers when needed on behalf of the JICA office concerned
