The World Bank’s Tokyo Development Learning Center (TDLC) organized the Metropolitan Governance (Metro Labs) & Quality Infrastructure Technical Deep Dive (TDD) from January 30th to February 3rd, constituting the eighth peer learning event of the Metro Lab Community of Practice (CoP) and the sixth TDD delivered since April 2016.
