Strengthening Partnerships to Build Effective AML/CFT Regimes in Afghanistan

The policy dialogue aims

to exchange views on the regulatory/supervisory practices and challenges of supervising and enforcing compliance with AML/CFT standards;
to share financial institutions. perspectives on establishing and maintaining know your customer and due diligence programs;
to facilitate the dissemination of best international AML/CFT compliance standards and practices among financial institutions; and
through the application of the first three objectives, discuss strategies to strengthening AML/CFT regimes in participating countries.
