Services Details

(a) TDLC VC room facilities and operation:

• Choose from 3 multi-media VC rooms which can be used individually or in combination. Each is complete with multiple cameras and equipment including PC, tablet PC, document camera, tele-prompter and portable studio chromakey screen. Facilities for simultaneous interpretation are available with 80 headsets.
• Multi-point videoconferencing connections are made at a recommended speed of 256kbps, providing access to the entire GDLN and external VC networks worldwide. Please note that the capacity for some facilities will be lower (128kbps).
• A TDLC studio technician will be in attendance throughout the VC event.
• Event preparation services are free of charge for simple VC events. A percentage of the total contract fee will be charged for more elaborate programs. Please consult us for details.

(b) Coordination of VC connections between facilities other than the TDLC

• Coordination with all connecting sites. Basic information on external facilities to be supplied by client. The TDLC will provide technical advice to establish viable link for planned events.
• Arrangement of test connection and rehearsal depending on client requirements.
• Quotation and invoice issued upon request

Cancellation Policy:

1. The cancellation charge for confirmed NOC bookings are:
   1. At least 3 days notice before session date: No charge
   2. 2 days notice before session date: $100
   3. Day of session including no-shows: $205
   
   
2. The cancellation charge for confirmed TDLC bookings are:
   1. At least 3 days notice before session date: No charge
   2. Less than 2 days notice before session date: 50% of total cost of hours booked
